We used to try teaching a lot of different skills. Now we do one thing and we do it well.
The Communication Program. Fifteen classes, over WhatsApp video calls, five mentees to every mentor. Small enough that everyone actually gets heard.
Master Classes. One-off sessions on financial literacy and digital literacy, for underprivileged students and tribal women.
