One Program,
Real Practice
The Communication Program
Fifteen classes. Delivered over WhatsApp video calls, because that's where our students already are. No app to download, no data plan to burn through, no reason not to show up.
- 1Small Groups: Five mentees to one mentor. Small enough that nobody hides in the back of the call.
- 2Peer-Led: 9th to 12th graders run every session. No adults at the front of the call.
- 3Showcase Ready: It doesn't end with a certificate; it ends at an event where every mentee presents.
Master Classes
Beyond the fifteen classes, we run Master Classes: focused, one-off sessions on the stuff nobody teaches in school.
Financial Literacy
Practical financial skills for underprivileged students and tribal women in our partner communities.
Digital Literacy
Essential technological know-how delivered in one sharp session that hands someone something they can use immediately.
Who Teaches
Every mentor is a high schooler. We calibrate every class so it's teachable by a mentor who isn't an expert yet, and learnable by someone who's a total beginner, over a video call, in a short timeframe. That's the whole design.
But they aren't thrown into the deep end. Before taking the lead, our mentors undergo dedicated training sessions to understand their audience. They learn how to break down complex ideas, build genuine empathy over a video call, and hold a room's attention, sharpening their own communication and leadership skills in the process.
